Premium Access subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, except as required by law or as outlined in this Refund Policy. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if a billing error is confirmed, we will issue a full or partial refund.
b. Service Disruptions: In the unlikely event of a prolonged service disruption that is caused by factors within our control and results in significant downtime (over 48 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards future services. c. Automatic Renewal Refunds: If your subscription is set to auto-renew and you are charged for a renewal that you did not intend to continue, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal date. c. Violations of Terms: No refunds will be issued if your account is terminated or suspended due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to misuse of the service or breach of our content policies.

5. Processing of Refunds If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
