1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to the Premium Access plan, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you (the "Subscriber") and Premium Access ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Subscription Services
Premium Access provides cloud-based hosting and management services for multiple creative websites. This includes scalable resources, enhanced security features, and centralized management tools. The scope of services may be modified at our discretion, with notice provided to Subscribers.

3. Eligibility
Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these criteria.

4. Subscription Fees
The Premium Access subscription is offered on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or annually). Fees are non-refundable once charged, except as required by applicable law. Any changes in subscription fees will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

5. Account Management
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Usage Limits
The Premium Access plan allows hosting of multiple websites, subject to fair usage policies. Excessive use that disrupts services for other Subscribers may result in throttling or suspension of services, with prior notice.

7. Content and Compliance
Subscribers are responsible for the content hosted on their websites. All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, illegal, offensive, or harmful material. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that violates these terms.

8. Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect Subscriber data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Subscribers must take reasonable precautions to protect their accounts and data.

9. Data Backup
While we offer automated backup services, Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their data is regularly backed up. We are not liable for data loss beyond our control.

10. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We will endeavor to minimize disruptions and notify Subscribers of planned maintenance.

11. Cancellation and Termination
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, access to Premium Access features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the Premium Access subscription constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of India.
